Your first session is a thorough evaluation of your mental health history, current symptoms, and personal goals. We take the time to truly understand you before recommending any treatment.
Together we develop a plan that may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of both — always evidence-based, always collaborative, always respectful of your values.
We monitor your progress, adjust your treatment as needed, and provide consistent support between visits — including access to MindShift+, our patient wellness platform.
We accept most major insurance plans and offer self-pay options with clear, upfront pricing — no surprises.
